Wood or pellet built-in stoves and inserts: every Stûv installation project presents its own architectural challenges. Bases, frames, front panels… The different cladding elements are essential when it comes to making sure our product fits in with your home, which is a real priority that makes Stûv so unique.
Installing a fire within a fireplace: a real design challenge! Stûv claddings have the threefold challenge of creating the perfect setting for the fire, structuring the space and blending into the background of your interior. That’s why, for all of our inserts and built-in stoves, we offer discreet claddings with clean lines to create natural links between the design of our products and the interior design of your home. That’s Stûv’s hallmark.
A new-build or a complete renovation project? There is a wide range of Stûv stoves that are designed to be built in to the building itself. In all cases, the cladding helps to limit the masonry finishes and showcase the fire without striking the wrong architectural note. Some claddings also boast a certain level of practicality, for example by letting you incorporate hot air inlets and outlets and avoid the need to install unattractive grills near the fire.
Are you installing a stove in a home that is already being lived in? Is a built-in model not an option? You haven’t incorporated an alcove in your plans but you don’t want a stand-alone stove either? Stûv has “ready-to-fit” claddings and fireplaces that mean you can install stoves without having to touch the structure of the building. If major work is not possible, these solutions mean you can make sure the stove fits in visually, and offer a simple solution for anyone who wants to focus on the fire and the sensations that it triggers rather than the object itself.
Easy and quick to install and remove (when you move house for example), Stûv claddings are available in different models and finishes:
